Lee Mace's Lake of the Ozarks Travelogue

Introduction

Lee Mace, of Ozark Opry fame, in cooperation with Cablevision Channel 5 in the Lake Ozark area, created a series of informational "Travelogue" videos aimed at the out of town tourists to inform them of the local attractions, resorts, restaurants and lodging in and around the Lake of the Ozarks area.

These videos were shot in the early 1980's on location at many of the area businesses and places of interest around the Lake of the Ozarks including Osage Beach, Camdenton, Eldon and the Bagnell Dam Strip.

Many of the businesses featured are no longer operating, so these videos are a treasured peek in to the Lake's past.
