Jenkins, Valentine and Fanny Avery (Thompson) Spinning wheel of Fanny Avery (Thompson) Jenkins, wife of Valentine Jenkins. They were great grandparents of Miller County historian, Judge Clyde Lee Jenkins. Photo circa 1983 at the home of Clyde and Pauline Jenkins, near the courthouse, in Tuscumbia, MO. The wheel is believed to have been handed down from Fanny's mother, Elizabeth (Lee) Thompson, wife of pioneer "Farmer, Poet, Teacher" Henry Tomson.
