Robert M. and Frances Marjorie (Wright) Schwartz, St. Louis, MO, circa 1940 with their daughter Joan and Frances's son, Ronald. Frances (1911-2007) was the youngest child of John and Lillian (Ingam) Wright and a granddaughter of James Lawrence Wright and Elizabeth Mace (Thompson) Wright, early settlers of Miller County, MO on the Little Saline branch, circa 1856. James built and operated grist and carding mills. Frances was an artist painting as "Francesca" in Albuquerque, NM for many years. She was also an author and poet. Robert Schwartz (1907-1998) was a graduate of the University of Missouri Law School, circa 1932, and was a WWII Navy veteran and a practicing attorney in NM. The couple owned and operated a well known restaurant in Albuquerque in the 1940s and 1950s called the "Wayside Inn." Robert, is holding their daughter, Joan (1937-), Miss New Mexico, 1955, and a finalist for the Miss Universe competition. Ronald "Ronnie" K. Schwartz-Wright (1932-2012) was an artist, actor and writer and also a Navy Veteran.
