Wright, Charles Milton and Eleanor (Bamber) Charles Milton Wright (1844-1915). Charles was born in Cole Co. MO, the eldest child of James Lawrence and Elizabeth Mace (Thompson) Wright. When he was twelve, the family relocated to the Little Saline area in Miller Co., near Tuscumbia. Charles served in the Civil War with the 6th Cavalry, Missouri Volunteers. After the War, Charles married Eleanor Bamber, of Fulton, MO. who emigrated with her parents from England before 1853.
