Wright, James Pinkney "Jim Pink" and Carolina Wilhemina "Carrie" (Fendorf) James Pinkney "Jim Pink" Wright (1850-1923). Born in Cole Co., MO, the fourth child of James Lawrence Wright and Elizabeth Mace (Thompson) Wright. "Jim Pink" was an original and long time elder of the Tuscumbia Christian Church; publisher of religious tabloids and newspapers, "Miller County Vindicator" and "Eye Opener"; editor and manager of the "Western Preacher"; and engaged in various farming pursuits. James Pinkney Wright married Carolina Wilhemina "Carrie" Fendorf (1846-1929). They were the parents of five children: Elizabeth Belle (died in infancy), Grace May (died at the age of 22), Lawrence Alfred "L.A.," Chester Roland (died in infancy) and Tennyson Clay "T.C.," Wright.
